Top 3 Questions We Get About Showit | Launch Your Daydream

If you haven’t yet heard about Showit, it’s time to wake up + smell the BEST WEBSITE PLATFORM FOR YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY BUSINESS.

You might be rolling your eyes because you JUST started getting the hang of that Squarespace website you put together yourself — even though it kiiiiiiind of looks like every other photography website out there. And, you don’t really love sharing the link to your site because it kind of makes you cringe. You also have no freakin’ clue how to make sure your dream client falls head over heels in love with it.

Let us introduce you to Showit. This website platform is nothing short of amazing and gives us the flexibility to design on-brand websites for photographers that stops their dream clients in their tracks.

Since we’ve worked with Showit for the last few years, we’ve decided to pull together the top 3 questions that we get from photographers! Are you ready?

Do I just select a template and have you guys customize it?

Nope! We will design a custom site for you from start-to-finish. No existing templates will be used, except the plain ol’ starter template that designers are REQUIRED to start with. We want your website to feel unique to you + your photography business. So, the less “template vibes” we can get, the better!

Should I put private client photo galleries on Showit?

We actually recommend using a password-protected platform like PIxieset, Cloudspot, or Shootproof for private photo galleries that you share with clients. Leave your website as the place for marketing your services for those that haven’t booked your photography services yet! That being said, we CAN show off full galleries on your Showit website in your portfolio, so your prospective clients can see a full session from start to finish!

Am I going to be able to update my site as things change in my photography biz?

Our goal is to ALWAYS make sure that your website continues to grow with your photography business. Your website will be designed on your Showit account (don’t worry, we’ll show you how to set it up!) and we will even provide you with a personalized + recorded walk-through video to show you how to keep everything up to date. Your website copy, your galleries, your blog, everything will be covered in the video to make sure you’re 100% comfortable!

So, what’s stopping you from moving over to Showit? We promise you that it’s worth it and it will help you show off your brand in all the best ways! Plus, their support team CANNOT be beat. Seriously, they’re so good.

Looking to have your brand + Showit website custom designed by us? We’d love to chat with you to make sure you’re feeling 100% ready (and excited!) to finally have the brand + website of your dreams for your photography business!
