Feeling a little cringey when you send your pricing over to people interested in booking your photography services? Maybe you feel like it looks just a little… blah?!
We’re here to share with you just a few ways that you can share your pricing with your inquiring clients that will completely blow them away! Are you ready?
Hidden Pricing Page on Website
This is our personal favorite! When someone inquires, you can send them a link to a hidden pricing page on your website. When you do this, it shows off your branding and it already feels familiar to them, if they inquired on your website! You can also show off your portfolio in the page design, so it gives them a little reminder on why they should book you. 😉
Use a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
Do you use Dubsado? WE LOVE DUBSADO. So, that’s what we’re going to talk about here! Did you know that you can design a custom pricing proposal in Dubsado? You can very easily either send a link to the client or download + send as a PDF. You can put your branding on it, too!
Branded PDF
Attaching a beautiful, on-brand PDF for your clients to review your pricing is also a great option! When you respond back to the person who inquired, your email should be warm + friendly, so they feel enticed to respond back to your email after reviewing the PDF. Give them a clear call-to-action of what to do next. Also, make sure that your PDF can be easily read on mobile, just in case your prospective client opens it on their phone!
Did you know that we offer a few of these options as an add-on when you work with us for a custom brand + website design? Check it all out here!
