Y’all ever have the pleasure of getting to work with your absolute dream client?! WELL I SURE HAVE! Meaghan of Rhode Tripper Photography reached out to me about Showit Template Customization at a time when I was starting to feel really discouraged. (Shout out to anyone else who had a shitty January! 🙃) When I read her inquiry, I literally cried tears of joy because her brand is EXACTLY what I’ve been wanting to book more of!! 🥲
We totally vibed right off the bat and shared true excitement to work together. Later down the line, we realized so much more that we had in common and I really hope we get to cheers with some beers in Rhode Island or Nashville someday. 🍻
ANYWHO, let’s get to the good stuff!
When I saw the Rhode Tripper Photography brand, I knew right away which template to use. I recommended the Goldie template from Lauren Rich Creative which I’d just been dying to customize, and Meaghan agreed that it was the perfect fit. 😍
All of the fun and creative retro elements built into this template worked amazingly well with the RTP brand vibes. We customized the color palette and fonts a bit, and even added in a couple new features—like the pop-up on the home page with a custom playlist embedded! 🎶
Most importantly though, I really loved the way that Meaghan wanted to emphasize her core values on the site—specifically with the goal of creating an inclusive and anti-racist space where any couple could feel safe and seen when planning a wedding that aligns with their unique love. 💚
This Showit template customization is SO fun, you’ve gotta see it in action to get the full picture. Check out the previews below then visit the new rhodetripperphotography.com to experience it live and let me know what you think!
