Next to Showit, Dubsado is our absolute FAVORITE platform to use for our business.
So, as a photographer, how can you use BOTH of these incredible platforms for your photography business?
You can create what is called a “lead capture form” in Dubsado and add the code to your website. Now, when your prospective client fills out that form on your website, their information will be emailed to you AND it’ll be in your Dubsado account as a “lead”. (A “lead” is a sales term for a client before they’re contractually a client!)
You can create a “public proposal” on your website. This will allow your website visitors to purchase something quickly by choosing a package, paying an invoice and even signing a contract, if you need them to do that! This is a great option for mini sessions, small products, or smaller service options where you don’t necessarily need to facilitate communication before a client purchases from you. #passiveincomeanyone?
Use the Dubsado scheduler to schedule appointments with your clients! We use it on our website for our free 30-minute strategy calls. Clients can simply click and schedule an appointment with you. Easy as that!
